3-8-21 THOUGHTS

We take comfort in knowing that GOD is ALL!  Borrowing from a song again, “I don’t know about tomorrow...  But I know who holds tomorrow, and I know who holds my hand.”      
I have enjoyed these thoughts this morning.  I am glad in the Lord!
Isa 44:6  Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [am] the first, and I [am] the last; and beside me [there is] no God.
Col 1:15-17    Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:    For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities —  all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17  He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
1Cor 8:6   yet for us there is [but] one God, the Father, from whom are all things and we [exist] for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we [exist] through Him.

1Sam 2:7-9 [Hannah’s prayer]  "The LORD  makes poor and rich; He brings low, He also exalts. 8  "He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap To make them sit with nobles, And inherit a seat of honor; For the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, And He set the world on them. 9  "He keeps the feet of His godly ones, But the wicked ones are silenced in darkness; For not by might shall a man prevail.”
Ps 104:27-34   They all wait for You To give them their food in due season. 28  You give to them, they gather it up; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good. 29  You hide Your face, they are dismayed; You take away their spirit, they expire And return to their dust. 30  You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the ground. 31  Let the glory of the LORD endure forever; Let the LORD be glad in His works; 32  He looks at the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke. 33  I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. 34  Let my meditation be pleasing to Him; As for me, I shall be glad in the LORD.
Ps 18:19  He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
Rev 1:17   When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, "Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last,"

My Prayer:
You are the one forever God O Lord, and we praise you!  In your eternal power and wisdom and loving kindness you brought us Jesus.  You saved us and adopted us.  Thank you O God.  Sustain us in the right and help us to love, that we might overcome and be with you forever.
